What an amazing evening at Kilton Forest Golf Club following their Captains Charity Golf Day. The golf day marked the end of Club Captain Lee Eyre’s fundraising activities for the Be More Bailey Charitable Foundation and we are so incredibly grateful to Lee for selecting our Foundation as his Charity to support throughout his time as Club Captain.

Bailey was invited along to the presentation evening to receive a cheque for the phenomenal amount of £3,304.60 where he was also given the opportunity to say ‘Thank you’ say a few words about the Foundation, followed by an impromptu performance of ‘Sweet Caroline’ and an interesting story about his only golf experience alongside his golf mentor ‘Grandad Ken’.

We were given the warmest of welcomes by everyone at the golf club and it really was an absolute pleasure and privilege to meet such an amazing group of people and be part of their evening. We must also thank Simon for playing Baileys music requests giving him the opportunity to enjoy some typical Saturday night out dancing with his partner in crime ‘Uncle John’.

Sending a truly heartfelt thank you to Lee and everyone who has been involved with supporting his fundraising activities. Your kindness and generosity really does mean so much!
